I switched to this veterinarian after my previous vet moved out of the area. All of my animals are exotic, which can make it a bit more difficult to find a Vet who is comfortable and knowledgeable enough to work with them. Dr. Parker has been seriously amazing with all of them, from my guinea pigs to my reptiles, and is also just a pleasure to interact with. She has a calming presence and is logical about options and risks, which I greatly appreciate. I have been through multiple surgeries and procedures and also unfortunately, a loss of a pet with this office and they have been great through it all. The vet techs are all kind and good at their jobs, and the front end staff always gets me in asap if needed. Would recommend to anyone needing good service, especially for exotic pets.

I'd like to leave a -"O" but I have to put at least one star to post review! Years ago An Elderly man Dr Brian (former owner), said my precious chow chow Bear had stomach torsion when I called about him having something wrong, this was his vet from the time he was a puppy! I was never told during this emergency that they would have nobody watching him after surgery( they have NO night care) and he wasn't doing well, we decided to try to transfer him to the nives hospital off Maplecrest, Dr was more concerned about his elderly date waiting in his truck than my dog who was going to die! We didn't make it in time! He died because of your neglect and not advising us beforehand about post surgery care, we would of went elsewhere before surgery! I had a heart attack and open heart surgery within the year after this devastating traumatic loss! Do you remember my beautiful Bear Bear😭 I have his ashes now in an Angel ERN along with his collar! I should've sued!
